It's Megumi's 10th Birthday and had an awesome day. Look at the presents she got from mum, granny, sis and me ^_____^ and she loved to retrieve her presents, awww.
I remember the day we met us, when you entrusted me your little puppy heart
We went through good times and through hard times
You laughed with me when I was happy and you licked my face when I was sad
It wasn't allways easy, you were my first dog and you're a Shiba
But we mastered everything. Together. we became a master and a loyal dog. We became best friends.
I taught you much and I became a leader whom you gave your blind trust
You taught me how to see the world with dog's eyes, how to understand you wonderful men's best friends
No one knows how far we wandered, no one how much time we spent together
All I know is that our hearts will be connected forever, no matter where I am or if I'm gone.
I don't know why dogs give us their love and everything
All I know is that they're wonderful and you're one of them.
I love you.
Happy 10th Birthday, dear Megumi!!!
This is no poem. There are just so many feelings and thoughts I have about my loved dog. Too many to write them down here or anywhere else, so I tried to minimized them but I wrote them with all my heart. I love both my dogs exactly the same but today's Megumi's day.
She turned 10. I can't believe. It feels as if she's been with me since ever but it also feels as if it was last year when we met us.
She doesn't look old and doesn't have many grey hair and she doesn't show her age mentaly or physicaly, she's as agile as she's allways been (she's allways been a sleepy head ^^). But ten years. It makes me think how short the time you and your dog will have together. We enjoyed every second and we will enjoy all seconds that will be given to us.

Voitto ist schlauer. Megumi ist sehr schlau, aber im direkten Vergleich gewinnt Voitto. Tja, Hütehunde sind einfach Genies. Zurzeit bin ich dabei ihm was beizubringen, das so bisher nur Border Collies gemeistert haben. Mal schaun, ob er die erreicht >D
